根据“两性离子聚合物泥浆处理剂作用”的原理,对磺化酚醛树脂(SMP)进行了改性,合成出了分子结构中同时具有有机阳离子、有机阴离子基团的一种新型抗温、抗盐泥浆降失水剂———两性酚醛树脂(APR)。实验证明:①APR不仅继承了磺化酚醛树脂的抗温、抗盐、泥饼可压缩性好及随无机盐浓度增加,温度升高,作用时间延长,降失水效果越好的优点,还具备了较强抑制泥页岩水化的能力,同时比磺化酚醛树脂具有较高使用效率。②两性酚醛树脂性能与其分子结构中有机阳离子、有机阴离子基团比例有关。
