本文简述了树脂砂的再生方法,指出热固性树脂砂如壳型、热芯盒砂传统再生均用热法,其能耗大、费用高,这是值得研究的一个问题。文章对目前较有代表性的几种热芯盒砂再生方法进行了再生实验,作了分析,认为还不够理想。最后研究了一种模拟实验台,用卧式逆流再生方法来再生,取得了较好的效果,为干法再生热固性树脂砂找到了一种可行的方法。
In this paper, the regeneration method of resin sand is briefly described. It is pointed out that the thermostable resin sand, such as shell type and hot sand box sand, are all regenerated by the traditional thermal method, which has large energy consumption and high cost, which is worth to be studied. The article has carried on the regeneration experiment to some representative hot core box sand regeneration methods at present, have analyzed, think it is not ideal enough. Finally, a simulation experiment bench is studied, which is regenerated by the horizontal countercurrent regeneration method. The good effect is achieved, and a feasible method is found for the dry regeneration of the thermosetting resin sand.
