研究了塑性变形对铸态AZ80镁合金材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在同一温度、不同应变量下,随应变量增加,铸态镁合金孪晶数量先增加后减少,并且在大应变量时出现流线组织;在同一应变量、不同温度下,随温度升高,铸态镁合金晶粒细化不明显;低温时铸态镁合金不仅存在加工硬化,而且存在析出强化,故其硬度大于均匀态镁合金;变形温度为T=350℃时,应变量ε=1.4时,铸态AZ80镁合金变形后可获最高的硬度(40 HRB)。
The effect of plastic deformation on microstructure and properties of as-cast AZ80 magnesium alloy was studied. The results show that the number of twins in as-cast magnesium alloy first increases and then decreases with the increase of the strain at the same temperature and different strain levels, and the streamline structure appears at a large amount of strain. With the same strain and temperature, When the temperature is increased, the grain refinement of the as-cast magnesium alloy is insignificant. When the temperature is low, the as-cast magnesium alloy is not only work-hardened but also precipitated and strengthened, so its hardness is higher than that of the homogeneous magnesium alloy. When the deformation temperature is T = 350 ℃, When the ε = 1.4 variable, the as-cast AZ80 magnesium alloy attained the highest hardness (40 HRB) after deformation.
