利用微生物防治害虫的方法,不仅对人畜安全,不污染环境,而且生产简易,效果好,便于大搞群众运动。其中,白僵菌用于防治农林害虫已取得很好的效果,是目前应用较广的一种微生物杀虫剂。在白僵菌的生产和使用过程中,一个突出的问題是菌种退化与变异,表现为生长缓慢,成熟迟,孢子形成少,甚至不能形成孢子,因而造成防治效果不稳定。为此,我们进行了白僵菌菌种的复壮和选育工作。
The use of microorganisms to control pests is not only safe for humans and animals, does not pollute the environment, but also has the advantages of simple production and good effect, and is convenient for vigorously promoting the mass movement. Among them, Beauveria bassiana used to control agricultural and forestry pests has achieved good results, is now widely used as a microbial pesticide. Beauveria bassiana in the production and use of a prominent problem is the degradation and variation of bacteria, manifested as slow growth, late maturity, spore formation, or even can not form spores, resulting in instability in the control effect. To this end, we carried out the rejuvenation and breeding of Beauveria bassiana strains.
