目的了解2008-2012年西城区托幼园所集体儿童意外伤害发生状况,为辖区托幼机构预防儿童意外伤害工作提供科学指导。方法回顾性分析2008-2012年西城区托幼园所集体儿童伤害、事故监测数据,分析在园儿童伤害、事故发生情况。结果 2008-2012年期间西城区托幼园所集体儿童意外伤害总发生率为0.43%,伤害类型主要为跌伤,其发生率为0.22%~0.48%,且呈逐年下降趋势(χ2=13.32,P=0.01);事故类型主要为骨折,近4年来发生率为0.04%~0.10%。结论西城区托幼园所集体儿童意外伤害发生率较低,防止儿童跌伤和骨折是伤害干预的重要任务。
Objective To understand the situation of collective child accidental injuries in nursery schools in Xicheng District from 2008 to 2012 and to provide scientific guidance for child care institutions in preventing child accidental injuries in their area. Methods The data of collective child injury and accident monitoring in nursery schools in Xicheng District from 2008 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed to analyze the injury and accident of children in the park. Results The total incidence of unintentional injuries among children in Xicheng district during the period from 2008 to 2012 was 0.43%. The injury types were mainly falls, the incidence was 0.22% -0.48%, and showed a declining trend year by year (χ2 = 13.32, P = 0.01). The main types of accidents were fractures, with the incidence of 0.04% -0.10% in the past 4 years. Conclusion The incidence of collective child accidental injuries in nursery schools in Xicheng District is relatively low. Prevention of falls and fractures in children is an important task of injury intervention.
