该文介绍了肥城矿务局分析设置立井提升绞车后备保护装置的经验。文章针对该局各矿提升机配备 TKD-A 型交流电控的特点,全面分析了该系统速度控制及其主保护的优缺点,并针对这些不安全因素(如减速继电器 J_1失控、深度指示器及限速凸块故障以及司机操作失误等)设置了脉冲计数式位置后备保护装置和钢丝绳充磁式后备保护装置。目前,这两种后备保护装置已在该局各矿推广应用。这些后备保护装置在使用中均做了人工模拟主保护故障试验,试验结果是很好的,当主保护失控后,这些后备保护装置均能立即自动投入,而且制动距离均在1~2m以内。
This article introduces the experience of Feicheng Mining Bureau in analyzing and setting up the backup protection device of shaft hoist winch. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the system speed control and its main protection for each mine hoist equipped with TKD-A type AC electric control. In view of these unsafe factors (such as the deceleration relay J_1 out of control, the depth indicator And speed limit bump fault and the driver operating errors, etc.) set the pulse counter position backup protection device and wire rope magnetized backup protection device. At present, these two kinds of backup protection devices have been popularized and applied in various mines of the bureau. These backup protection devices are used in the artificial simulated main protection fault test, the test results are good, when the main protection out of control, these backup protection devices can be automatically immediately into, and the braking distance are within 1 ~ 2m.
