运用超高效液相-四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS)结合多变量统计学分析,探讨利用代谢组学的研究方法比较杭麦冬和川麦冬对正常大鼠血浆内源性代谢物干预作用的差异性。结果显示川麦冬低、中剂量组与对照组相近,高剂量组则有明显区别;杭麦冬高、中、低剂量组与对照组明显不同,剂量越大距离越远;具有显著性差异的内源性代谢产物为溶血磷脂酰胆碱类物质,与心血管系统类疾病紧密相关。与川麦冬给药组相比,杭麦冬组对正常大鼠血浆内源性代谢产物的干预作用更显著。从药效学上看,杭麦冬和川麦冬差异显著。
By using UPLC-Q-TOF / MS combined with multivariate statistical analysis, we studied the use of metabonomics methods to compare the effects of Hantaan and Houttuynia on plasma levels in normal rats Differences in interventional effects of metabolites. Compared with Chuan Ophiopogon japonicus, the intervention of Hangmai winter group on plasma endogenous metabolites of normal rats was more significant. From the pharmacodynamic point of view, Hangmaidong and Sichuan Ophiopogon significantly different.
