耳蜗电图(electrocochleogram,ECochG)描记术现已作为耳科临床的一项辅助诊断法被广泛采用,若论在ERA中对耳科疾患的诊断与鉴别诊断价值,应当首选ECochG。自从发现耳蜗电位至今已逾半个世纪,然而从实验室过渡到ECochG的临床应用仅有15年历史。 ECochG是人体耳蜗电反应描记图的简称。在声音刺激条件下,内耳产生三种反应,即耳蜗微音电位(cochlear microphonics,CM)、和电位(summating potential,SP)与听神经复合动作电位(action potential,AP),ECochG就是这三种反应的描记图。CM与SP系源于毛细胞的电位,AP为源于神经的电位。可以认为ECochG是显
Electrochromatogram (ECochG) electrography has been widely used as a diagnostic method for otology, and ECochG should be the first choice in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of otologic diseases in ERA.
