20世纪60年代以来,板带生产技术和产品精度进步的原因,主要是机械装备和控制技术的进步,而在工艺理论方面的贡献甚微。为满足市场不断提高的质量要求与装备和控制协调发展,建立能反映动态、多变量和非线性实际状态的板带轧制动态理论是必要的。目前建立的板带轧制动态理论表现在多个方面,已取得十分明显的技术经济效果。本文拟通过对工艺、设备与控制之间关系进行分析的同时,拟就如何将工艺控制模型应用发挥更大作用,以改进产品质量,提升生产效率。
Since the 1960s, the reason for the advances in plate production technology and product accuracy has mainly been advances in mechanical equipment and control technology, with little contribution to process theory. In order to meet the market’s ever-increasing quality requirements and coordinate the development of equipment and control, it is necessary to establish a dynamic theory of strip rolling which can reflect the actual conditions of dynamic, multivariable and nonlinear. Currently established strip rolling dynamic theory in many aspects, has made very clear technical and economic results. This paper intends to analyze the relationship between process, equipment and control, and at the same time, it plans to play a greater role in applying the process control model to improve product quality and improve production efficiency.
