传媒业的发展日新月异。作为最活跃的生产因素,人在传媒业的发展中也越来越举足轻重。传媒产业中的人力资源研究也日益提上议事日程。在现代组织行为中,人力资源是其核心竞争力的主体。传媒产业必须尽快构筑自身的人力资源实力,才能构成持续发展的保证。如何构建一个结构合理、目的明确、协调得力、制度严整的人才群体,以及对群体智力资源的有效开发和利用是一个迫在眉睫的问题,也是人力资源整合的核心。
The development of the media industry is changing rapidly. As the most active factor of production, people also play an increasingly important role in the development of the media industry. Human resources research in the media industry is also increasingly on the agenda. In modern organizational behavior, human resources are the main body of its core competitiveness. The media industry must build its own human resources strength as soon as possible to form a guarantee for sustainable development.
