针对游梁式抽油机在不平衡状态时,电能反向流动、电动机负荷率和功率因数偏低等问题,提出了一种用于治理电能反向流动、提高电机负荷率和功率因数的补偿装置。这种装置以80C196MC单片机为核心,自动完成异步电动机运行参数的测定、运算及功率因数和电能的自动补偿控制,在现场具有较强的实用性。
