1.中国电工技术学会电工测试专业委员会1983年度第一次委员会议在扬州召开会议讨论并确定了电工测试专业委员会的工作计划:今年要举力瞬变量测试技术、匝间绝缘测试技术、低电阻测量技术学术交流会;整理一九八二年北京香山局部放电学术交流会议的论文,出版局部放电检测技术论文集;举办电工测试技术短训班;开展国际性学术交流,邀请来华的有关专家讲学或座谈;通过各种学术活动积极发展会员。会上评选了1982年电工测试科技成果,还讨论了测试仪器及设备的“七五”规划概貌。(上海电动工具研究所程正禹报导)
