如今在我国中小学教师中,由于个人主义观的盛行,形成教师的个人主义、分科教学。进而导致中小学教师中的派别文化以及外在行政控制引起的中小学教师的人为合作文化,然而教师间的自然合作文化才是教师合作文化的最佳状态。加强学校管理创造和谐校园、实行人性化的教师管理、建立科学化的教师评价机制和鼓励多种形式的教师合作有利于教师自然合作文化的建立。
Nowadays, among primary and middle school teachers in our country, because of the prevalence of individualism, teachers’ individualism and sub-teaching are formed. Which leads to the factional culture in primary and secondary school teachers and the man-made cooperative culture of primary and secondary school teachers caused by external administrative control. However, the natural cooperative culture among teachers is the best condition for the cooperative culture of teachers. Strengthening school management to create a harmonious campus, implementing humane teacher management, establishing a scientific teacher evaluation system and encouraging various forms of teacher cooperation are conducive to the establishment of teachers’ natural cooperative culture.
