：
本文研究了去甲肾上腺素荧光分光光度测定方法。测定范围在１０～１００ｎｇ则与荧光值呈良好线性关系，λｅｘ／λｅｍ＝４１０ｎｍ／５０５ｎｍ，回收率为９１．６８％～９６．６４％，标准偏差平均为６．１％（ｎ＝１０）。本法具有准确、简便、快速等特点。
