研究了壳聚糖、茯苓多糖、魔芋甘露聚糖的红外光谱、1H核磁共振光谱。对三种多糖进行了羧甲基化改性,研究了这种化学改性与抗肿瘤*等活性的关系。
The chitosan, tuckahoe polysaccharides, konjac mannan polysaccharide infrared spectroscopy, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Carboxymethylation of three polysaccharides was carried out to study the relationship between chemical modification and anti-tumor activity.
