根据2007年1月、4月、7月和10月对长海县水域调查结果,分析并评价了该海域营养状况的季节变化。结果表明,长海县海域TN含量范围在211.26~1364.19μg/L,溶解态占43%~87%。总无机氮(TIN)是浮游植物生长吸收的主要氮源,长海海域TIN含量范围在2.85~359.98μg/L,占TN的16%~53%。NO3-N是TIN的主要存在形式,占61%~93%。不同的营养盐季节分布不尽相同。TIN季节分布表现为秋季>冬季>夏季>春季;PO4-P季节分布为冬季>秋季>春季>夏季;SiO4-Si季节变化为夏季>冬季>秋季>春季。长海海域浮游植物在调查期间为P限制,且该海域属贫营养水平。
According to the findings of Changhai County waters in January, April, July and October 2007, the seasonal variation of the nutritional status of the area was analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that TN content in Changhai sea area ranged from 211.26 to 1364.19 μg / L, with the dissolved state accounting for 43% ~ 87%. Total inorganic nitrogen (TIN) was the main nitrogen source for phytoplankton growth and absorption. The TIN content in the Changhai Sea ranged from 2.85 to 359.98 μg / L, accounting for 16% to 53% of TN. NO3-N is the main form of TIN, accounting for 61% to 93%. Different seasonal distribution of nutrients vary. The seasonal distribution of TIN showed as follows: autumn> winter> summer> spring; PO4-P seasonal distribution was winter> autumn> spring> summer; seasonal change of SiO4-Si was summer> winter> autumn> spring. Phytoplankton in the Changhai Sea was P-limited during the survey and the area was poorly nutrient-rich.
