全国少工委提出的“新世纪我能行”“在实践中休验”这一命题是基于少年儿童成长和教育基本规律的认识,以陶行知的“生活教育”为理论并作为体验教育活动的基石。体验教育活动是一种互动开放式的教育,通过少年儿童本身的参与,从家庭生活,社会生活和大自然等各个方面,寻找一个岗位,扮演一个角色,获得一种感受,明白一个道理,养成一种品质,学会一种本领,从而提高自己的全面素质。少先队员是在活动中用自己的思想,自己的眼光和行动来理解和诠释教育概念和活动。陶先生的教育思想在我们当前的少先队体验教育活动中,具有十分重要的启发作用和现实指导意义。
