我厂生产的MM52125A型龙门导轨磨床,有二只磨头。其中万能磨头主轴采用如图1所示的滚动轴承支承。径向载荷由D3182115型圆锥孔双列向心短圆柱滚子轴承2、6承受。轴向载荷由C268915型双列向心推力球轴承4承受,主轴转速为1200~2400转/分。这种布局形式对主轴回转精度和刚度是良好的。但这些滚动轴承的轴向定位,如用一般的螺纹紧固方式,则因紧固后很难保证轴承端面对主轴轴心线的垂直,从而影响了轴承的回转精度
