一、屋架常见的疵病近三十余年来,我国工业与民用建筑中,大跨度屋盖仍广泛采用钢筋混凝土屋架。而此类屋架形式也较多,按形状归纳来说,主要有三角形屋架、拱形屋架、梯形屋架。此三种形式由于所使用的主筋性质不同,又可分为非预应力钢筋混凝土屋架、预应力钢筋混凝土屋架、钢杆件与钢筋混凝土杆件组合屋架。上述这些主要常用的钢筋混凝土屋架,早已有标准图或通用图。一般来说,现行图纸都经过实际考验和试验,是可靠的。但屋架是整个建筑物上的重要承重结构之一,发生的事故却不少,常见疵病表现在以下几方面。
1. Common defects in roof framing For nearly three decades, reinforced concrete trusses have been widely used in large-span roofs in China’s industrial and civil buildings. There are many types of roof trusses. In terms of shape, there are mainly triangular trusses, arched roof trusses, and trapezoidal roof trusses. The three forms can be divided into non-prestressed reinforced concrete trusses, prestressed reinforced concrete trusses, steel bars and reinforced concrete bar roof trusses, due to the different nature of the main bars used. The above-mentioned major commonly used reinforced concrete trusses have long been available as standard or general drawings. In general, current drawings have been tried and tested and are reliable. However, the truss is one of the most important load-bearing structures on the entire building. However, there are many accidents. Common rickets are manifested in the following aspects.
