作为班主任,常听到师生之间相互抱怨。对这种情况,我深感学生的思想教育工作没做到位。究其原因,在于我没有真正走进学生的内心世界。如何建立一种经常的、有效的交流形式,既掌握学生的普遍情况,又能洞察个别变化,既能使教师全面而深入地了解学生,又能让学生倾吐心声、寻求帮助,甚至为教育教学提出意见或建议,从而提高教与学的效果呢。本人以班级日记本为突破口,代替QQ空间,去了解他们的思想,建立了互动的师生交流。通过学生
