目的:建立空气中硝基苯的气相色谱/质谱法测定方法。方法:利用硅胶采样管采集空气中气态硝基苯,甲醇解析后注入气相色谱/质谱仪,选择离子扫描方式(SIM)下用标准曲线法进行定量分析。结果:本方法操作简便,检出限低(4.2×10-6μg),回收率均大于95%,相对标准偏差小于5%。结论:方法适合环境和工作场所空气中硝基苯类化合物的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of nitrobenzene in air by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. Methods: Gaseous nitrobenzene was collected from the air using a silica gel sampling tube. After methanol was analyzed, it was injected into a gas chromatograph / mass spectrometer and quantitatively analyzed by standard curve method under ion scan mode (SIM). Results: The method was simple, the detection limit was low (4.2 × 10-6 μg), the recovery was more than 95% and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%. Conclusion: The method is suitable for the determination of nitrobenzenes in the air and in the workplace.
