目的了解试点企业员工对健康知识的认知、态度现状和需求等情况,为政府制定相关政策提供依据,为有针对性地在试点企业开展健康教育与健康促进干预活动打下基础,并将试点企业的干预模式应用推广为行业应用。方法通过基线调查,了解企业员工的健康知识与健康需求现状,并采取一系列的干预措施,4年后在相同的车间采用相同的问卷进行调查并进行效果评估。结果干预后有99.2%的员工参加了工伤保险,干预后有85.9%的员工对劳动条件满意,干预后员工对职业病危害因素的告知了解增加,对职业卫生知识的需求比例提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸烟人数的比例有所降低,为26.8%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论试点企业的健康教育与健康促进工作4年间取得较大的成绩,采取的健康教育与健康促进的方式与方法部分是有效的,但也存在一定的问题。通过中期的评估调查,发现干预措施的优劣,以便进一步采取有效的干预措施,提高员工的健康水平。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitudes and needs of employees in pilot enterprises so as to provide basis for the government to formulate relevant policies and lay the foundation for targeted health education and health promotion and intervention activities in pilot enterprises. Methods The baseline survey was conducted to understand the current situation of health knowledge and health needs of employees. A series of interventions were taken and the same questionnaire was used to conduct the survey and evaluate the effect in the same workshop four years later. Conclusion The pilot enterprises have made great achievements in health education and health promotion in the past four years.
