中建二局工会把握“大发展、增效益、惠员工”的工作方针,积极践行为职工“拓展幸福空间”的核心理念,深入开展经济技术创新活动、选树和培育了劳模群体和品牌项目:积极开展创建工人先锋号、“职工之家”建设、“安康杯竞赛”、对困难职工“扶贫济困”、“送温暖”等活动。通过实践,中建二局工会在系统内率先制订了《中建二局创建工人先锋号规范流程和实施措施》、《中建二局安康杯竞赛标准指南》,规范化、制度化、标准化开展工会工作。同时坚持以协调稳定企业劳动关系为工作主线,积极开展维权工作,保障了职工合法权益,为构建和谐中建二局创造了良好环境和氛围。企业先后荣获了“全国五一劳动奖状”、“全国模范职工之家”、“全国体育文化建设先进单位”、全国“安康杯”竞赛优秀组织单位等荣誉。
