目的:了解内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔地区羊种1型、3型布鲁菌感染致病后患者的临床特征。方法:采用回顾性分析方法，收集2013年6月至2017年8月呼伦贝尔市人民医院收治的布鲁菌病患者的临床病历资料，选取其中血液细菌培养为布鲁菌阳性且经聚合酶链式反应（PCR）和AMOS-PCR方法进行菌种菌型鉴定的71例患者作为研究对象，根据鉴定结果分为羊种1型和羊种3型两组。比较两组患者的一般资料、流行病学特征、临床特征、实验室检查、并发症以及疗效情况。结果:71例布鲁菌病患者中，羊种1型22例，其中男性16例、女性6例，年龄为（39.91 ± 16.04）岁；羊种3型49例，其中男性34例、女性15例，年龄为（40.67 ± 18.72）岁。两组间性别构成、年龄比较，差异均无统计学意义（χn 2 = 0.081，n t = 0.166，n P均> 0.05）。羊种1型患者生活在农区10例（45.5%）、牧区10例（45.5%）、城市2例（9.1%），羊种3型患者生活在农区40例（81.6%）、牧区7例（14.3%）、城市2例（4.1%），地区分布比较差异有统计学意义（χn 2 = 9.276，n P 0.05）。羊种1型、3型患者发生并发症例数分别为12例（54.5%）、14例（28.6%），组间比较差异有统计学意义（χn 2 = 4.413，n P 0.05). The number of complications in n B. Melitensis type 1 and type 3 patients were 12 cases (54.5%) and 14 cases (28.6%), respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χn 2 = 4.413, n P < 0.05). Ten cases (45.5%) of n B. Melitensis type 1 patients were cured, 12 cases (54.5%) were improved, 34 cases (69.4%) of n B. Melitensis type 3 patients were cured, 15 cases (30.6%) were improved, and there were no invalid or relapsed patients in both groups, the difference in curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant (χn 2 = 3.690, n P < 0.05).n Conclusions:In Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, there are differences in the living areas of n B. Melitensis type 1 and type 3 patients. The n B. Melitensis type 1 patients are prone to testicular swelling and pain and brucellosis complications.n
