为探讨华蟾素注射液辅助化疗治疗老年结直肠癌患者的临床疗效,及对血清肿瘤标志物及免疫功能的影响,选取2018年11月至2019年11月我院收治的84例老年结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例,对照组常规化疗,观察组在化疗基础上予以华蟾素注射液静脉注射,2组均治疗4个周期.比较2组近期疗效,治疗前后血清肿瘤标志物糖抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖抗原724(CA724)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及免疫功能指标CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平,以及化疗不良反应.结果显示,1)近期疗效:观察组近期总有效率(78.57％)明显高于对照组(47.62％),P<0.05.2)肿瘤标志物:治疗后,2组患者CA19-9、CA724、CEA水平均较治疗前明显降低,P<0.05;组间比较,观察组各指标水平更低,P<0.05.3)免疫功能:治疗后,观察组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较治疗前均明显升高,而对照组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均明显降低,P<0.05;治疗后组间比较,观察组各指标水平均高于对照组,P<0.05.4)不良反应:观察组白细胞减少、血小板减少、胃肠道反应、疲乏、骨髓抑制发生率均明显低于对照组,P<0.05.结果表明,华蟾素注射液辅助治疗老年结直肠癌患者可提高化疗近期疗效,降低毒副反应,而且可降低血清CA19-9、CA724、CEA水平,提高机体免疫功能,临床应用价值高.
