目的:研究加减血府逐瘀汤联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效。方法:在常规用药基础上予以对照组降纤酶10 U加入生理盐水100 mL中静滴,连用3 d,然后用5 U降纤酶加入生理盐水100 mL中静滴,连用4 d。治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加用巴曲酶10、5、5 Bu,在入院第1、3、5天加入生理盐水100 mL静脉滴注,合并予以加减血府逐瘀汤。结果:治疗组显效率72.3%、总有效率94%,显著高于对照组显效率55.7%、总有效率82%;治疗组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血激酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)等实验室检查指标比较,明显优于对照组。结论:加减血府逐瘀汤联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗塞疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective: To study the curative effect of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction plus batroxobin on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: On the basis of routine medication, 10 U of defibrase was added to 100 mL of normal saline for 3 days, and then 5 U of defibrase was added to 100 mL of normal saline for intravenous infusion for 4 days. The treatment group in the control group based on the addition of batroxobin 10,5,5 Bu, on the first 1,3,5 days admission saline 100 mL intravenous infusion, combined to add Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 72.3%, the total effective rate was 94%, significantly higher than the control group was 55.7%, the total effective rate was 82%; the treatment group prothrombin time (PT), APTT, Fib (fibrinogen) (Fib) and other laboratory test indicators were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: The addition and subtraction of Xuefuzhuyu decoction combined with batroxobin is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction, which is worth to be popularized.
