在发动机不作改动的条件下,通过小型台架斌验,对汽油、甲醇和甲醇裂解气三种燃料的燃烧特性进行了比较。结果表明,用甲醇裂解气作燃料,是实现完全用甲醇取代汽油的可行途径之一。甲醇裂解气燃烧速度快,而且可以充分利用排气的废热,因此热效率比汽油高45%,比液态甲醇高18%,从而局部地弥补了甲醇热值低的不足,改善了燃料油消耗的经济性。同时它还是一种洁净燃料。试验结果还表明,在甲醇流速、输出功、排气温度和甲醇转化率之间,应存在一个热平衡的关系。
The combustion characteristics of three fuels including gasoline, methanol and methanol cracked gas were compared under the condition of no engine change and small bench test. The results show that using methanol pyrolysis gas as fuel is one of the feasible ways to completely replace gasoline with methanol. Methanol cracked gas burns fast and can make full use of the waste heat of the exhaust gas, so the thermal efficiency is 45% higher than that of gasoline and 18% higher than that of liquid methanol, thus locally compensating for the low methanol calorific value and improving the economy of fuel oil consumption Sex. At the same time it is still a clean fuel. The test results also show that there should be a thermal equilibrium relationship between methanol flow rate, work output, exhaust gas temperature and methanol conversion.
