《现代引信》第三届编委会议于1993年10月8日在浙江舟山市召开,会议由《现代引信》编委会主任、北京理工大学教授马宝华主持,中国兵工学会引信学会主任二一二所刘金铨所长出席了会议。北京理工大学、南京理工大学、沈阳工业学院、太原机械学院、844厂、641厂、524厂、544厂、014中心、304厂、海军工程学院、空军导弹学院、88200部队、89870部队等单位编委委员参加了会议。会议听取了《现代引信》编辑部负责人的工作报告和《现代引信》今后工作的打算。会上,各位委员进行了认真充分的讨论,对《现代引信》前段工作表示满意,并就如何进一步办好刊物提出了很多宝贵意见。会议对《现代引信》下一步工作设想取得了一致的意见。并做了如下纪要:
The 3rd Editorial Board of Modern Fuze was held in Zhoushan, Zhejiang on October 8, 1993. The meeting was chaired by Editorial Board of Modern Fuze and Professor Ma Baohua from Beijing Institute of Technology. Director of Funeral Institute of China Ordnance Institute Two Director Liu Jinquan attended the meeting. Beijing Institute of Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Shenyang Institute of Technology, Taiyuan University of Mechanical Engineering, 844 Factory, 641 Factory, 524 Factory, 544 Factory, 014 Center, 304 Factory, Naval Engineering College, Air Force Missile Institute, 88200 Force, 89870 Force and other units Committee members attended the meeting. The meeting listened to the working report of the head of the editorial department of “Modern Fuze” and the plan for the future work of “Modern Fuze”. At the meeting, all members conducted a serious and full discussion, expressed satisfaction with the work done in the previous phase of “Modern Fuze” and put forward many valuable suggestions on how to further improve the quality of the publications. The meeting made a consensus on the next working plan of “Modern Fuze”. And made the following summary:
