日本一家金属公司研制成功一种在1700℃高温时仍具有很高的强度,材料表面温差在100℃以上不会扭曲变形的钛铝陶瓷复合材料。这种材料是由钛和铝的化合物及另外3种陶瓷材料按比例混合制成。其制造方法独特;材料的组成由外及里是分层排布的,且其中间的组织又有层次变化,即最外面是氧化铝,内表面是钛铝金属氧化物。由外及里具体排列是:氧化铝、5%碳化硅的陶瓷混合层、25%氧化铝
