2017年10月29日~30日,水电水利规划设计总院联合新疆发展改革委、新疆生产建设兵团发展改革委、国家电网公司,在乌鲁木齐主持召开了新疆抽水蓄能电站选点规划调整报告审查会议。有关单位的领导、专家和代表参加了会议。会前,部分专家和代表对阜康东、达坂城、兵团红星3个规划比选站点进行了现场查勘。会议听取了中国电建集团西北勘测设计研究院有限公司对报告内容的汇报,并分组进行了认真讨论和审议。会议审查认为,新疆抽水蓄能电站选点规划调整报告的内容和工作深度基本达到抽水蓄能电站选点规划阶段的要求,综合考虑需求规模、布局要求、水库淹没、环
October 29, 2017 ~ 30, Hydropower Planning and Design Institute jointly with the Xinjiang Development and Reform Commission, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Development and Reform Commission, State Grid Corporation of China, Urumqi, hosted the Xinjiang pumped storage power station planning and adjustment report review meeting. The leaders, experts and representatives of the relevant units attended the meeting. Before the meeting, some experts and representatives conducted a site survey on the three planning and selection sites of Fukang East, Dabancheng and Red Star Corps. The meeting listened to the report of China State Construction Group Northwestern Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. on the contents of the report and conducted a careful discussion and deliberation in groups. According to the review of the meeting, the content and working depth of the report on the planning and adjustment of the election point of the Xinjiang Pumped Storage Power Station basically met the requirements of the planning stage of the pumped-storage power station. Considering the demand scale, layout requirements, reservoir inundation,
