为了研究机床中x轴的各零件误差对于x轴的总体误差产生的影响及其作用机制,引入雅可比旋量模型描述各零件的制造误差和装配偏差,建立在尺寸和形位公差约束下的特征及其配合旋量的变动和约束方程,进而得到上述约束下的单轴几何误差综合模型。建立了机床误差建模中底层零件-组件的误差传递模型,研究结果有助于机床误差的综合与分配。
