通过热力学计算及分析得出,高温铜液与环境中的水蒸气反应是铜及铜合金铸件形成针孔的主要原因。并提出了为消除针孔可采取的工艺措施。
Through thermodynamic calculation and analysis, it is concluded that the reaction of high temperature copper liquid with water vapor in the environment is the main reason for the formation of pinholes in copper and copper alloy castings. And proposed to eliminate pinhole can take the technical measures.
