管状圆柱零件的壁厚,当其孔为通孔时,两端的壁厚可以直接测量。而当其孔为盲孔时,则盲孔底端的壁厚测量必须借用专用测量工具。本文叙述了测量盲孔底端壁厚的工具和测量原理以及实用办法。
The wall thickness of tubular cylindrical parts, when the hole is through-hole, the wall thickness at both ends can be measured directly. When the hole is a blind hole, the thickness measurement at the bottom of the blind hole must use a special measuring tool. This article describes the measurement of blind hole bottom wall thickness of the tools and measurement principles and practical methods.
