联盟在发挥其创新资源整合优势的同时,也由于联盟成员的差异化而隐含着各种知识冲突。将TRIZ理论思想与FTA方法有机结合,设计冲突管理问题分析与解决流程,从主体、客体、环境视角提取联盟知识冲突要素,据此构建了包含23个底层事件的故障树模型,进而对联盟知识冲突进行识别,明确了关键冲突与核心矛盾,为联盟知识冲突管理提供了一套科学有效的方法体系。
