“税收滑,失业增,中国经济要拉灯!千方百计不顶用,呼儿嗨哟,地产才是大救星!东方红,太阳升,放松调控信心增!高速增长没结束,呼儿嗨哟,地产扶着中国行!”北京师范大学房地产研究中心主任董藩前天晚间在微博上发表言论,借用歌曲东方红的形式呼吁放松地产调控,保持经济高速增长。对于此观点,房企大佬任志强在微博上回复:“别总哪壶不开提哪壶。”董藩此言一出立刻在网上引起了极大的反响。部分网友高举大旗表示支持董藩的此番言论。但是也有部分网友并不支持董藩的观点,“中国经济绝不能靠房地产。”对此,董藩昨日再发博文,对“地产才是大救星”给出10大理由。董藩表示,调整经济结构,转变经济增长方式是长期的,要用几十年才能完成的事情,而救市是眼前必须解决的问题,目前除了放松房地产调控外找不出其他的有效措施。
