目的:观察降脂啤酒预防血脂增高及抗过氧化的作用。方法:Wistar成年雄性大鼠72只,随机分成高脂饮食正常饮水组(A组)、正常饮食正常饮水组(B组)、高脂饮食降脂啤酒低、中、高剂量组(C、D、E组)、高脂饮食普通啤酒组(F组),普通饮食降脂啤酒低、中、高剂量组(G、H、I组)。各组喂饲相应的饲料和啤酒10天,空腹摘眼球取血。按酶法测定血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C);按荧光法测定血浆过氧化脂质(LPO);按化学发光法测定红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。结果:高脂饮食降脂啤酒高剂量组与高脂饮食正常饮水组相比,血清TC、TG、LDL-C、血浆LPO明显降低、HDL-C明显升高(P<0.01)。高脂饮食普通啤酒组与高脂饮食正常饮水组相比:TC、TG、LDL-C、LPO、HDL-C无明显变化。普通饮食降脂啤酒三个剂量组与正常饮水组相比,TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C无明显变化。结论:高剂量降脂啤酒能预防血脂增高,并具抗过氧化作用,普通啤酒无此作用。降脂啤酒对血脂正常大鼠的血脂无影响。
Objective: To observe the effect of lipid-lowering beer on preventing hyperlipidemia and anti-peroxidation. METHODS: A total of 72 adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into high-fat diet normal drinking water group (group A), normal diet normal drinking water group (group B), high fat diet low-dose beer low-, medium-, and high-dose groups (C, D , E group), high-fat diet ordinary beer group (F group), ordinary diet low-dose beer low, medium and high dose group (G, H, I group). Each group was fed with the corresponding feed and beer for 10 days, and the eyeball was taken from the fasting eye to take blood. Serum triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured by enzymatic methods; plasma lipid peroxides were measured by fluorescence method ( LPO); Determination of red cell superoxide dismutase (SOD) by chemiluminescence. Results: Compared with high-fat diet normal drinking water group, high-fat diet high-dose beer group had significantly lower serum TC, TG, LDL-C, plasma LPO and HDL-C (P<0.01). Compared with high-fat diet normal drinking water group, there was no significant change in TC, TG, LDL-C, LPO, and HDL-C in the high-fat diet normal beer group. Compared with the normal drinking water group, there were no significant changes in TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C in the three-dose group of normal diet low-fat beer. Conclusion: High-dose lipid-lowering beer can prevent the increase of blood lipids and have anti-peroxidation effect. Normal beer has no such effect. Lipid-lowering beer had no effect on blood lipids in normal blood lipid rats.
