目的:通过临床观察自锁托槽矫治器治疗100例错畸形的患者,探讨矫治器临床使用的优点及缺点。方法:选择临床正畸病例100例,均为恒牙期病例。采用自锁托槽矫治器治疗。平均疗程均18个月。结果:100例患者均矫治成功。结论:自锁托槽矫治器以其独特的结构降低了弓丝与托槽槽沟间的摩擦力,从而在稳定的轻力作用下实现牙齿更为有效、迅速的排齐,缩短了矫治疗程,减轻患者疼痛感,是一种高效能的矫治器。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of orthodontic appliance in clinic by using self-ligating brackets appliance to treat 100 patients with malocclusion. Methods: 100 cases of orthodontic patients were selected, all of them were permanent dental cases. Using self-ligating braces appliance treatment. The average course of treatment are 18 months. Results: All 100 patients were successfully treated. Conclusion: The self-locking bracket appliance reduces the friction force between the arch wire and the bracket groove by its unique structure so as to achieve more efficient and rapid alignment of the teeth under stable light force and shorten the treatment period , Reduce pain in patients, is a high-performance appliances.
