我国的装饰业是从建筑业中细分出来的新兴行业,自改革开放以来得到迅速的发展,据中国建筑装饰行业协会的统计,到2006年底,全国的装饰企业有20多万家,年施工总产值达到11500亿元,从业人员1500多万人,对GDP的贡献率达到6%。但目前从事这一行业的企业基本上都是中小企业,受到内外因素的影响和限制,很多企业正遭遇成长性危机,或是因为经营困难、处于停滞不前的状态,或是盲目地搞多元化而陷入危机,或是干脆就无法维持正常经营而蒙受损失。装饰企业在市场经济条件下成功地创业之后,如何再成功地发展成长就具有非常重要的现实意义。本文正是基于这个背景下对问题进行探讨。
