针对鄂钢5号高炉2、3号热风炉燃烧室隔墙垮塌倾斜问题,采用浇注陶瓷钢纤维浇注料的方法,即在整个燃烧室隔墙上加装厚150mm的新工作层,对隔墙进行了整体加固修复。与传统逐层砌砖大修隔墙的方法相比,大大缩短了检修工期。修复后的生产效果表明,热风温度较修复前提高了150℃,高炉综合焦比由588 kg/t下降为556kg/t,达到了节能降耗的效果,取得了较好的效果。
