考察了ZB-2强碱性阴离子交换纤维柱分离纯化指天椒中的辣椒碱类化合物。通过对离子交换纤维吸附前后扫描电镜图分析,表明吸附上了物质,并由红外光谱图分析证实所吸附的物质为辣椒碱类化合物。考察了上柱液pH、质量浓度、流速、上样量与离子交换纤维吸附量的关系,讨论了解吸条件中乙醇体积分数、流速、用量与离子交换纤维解吸率的关系,确定了离子交换纤维柱分离纯化的最佳工艺参数,得到在该条件下辣椒碱类化合物的质量分数由4.5%提高到92.0%,同时收率达72.3%。结果表明,离子交换纤维柱能快速分离纯化辣椒碱类化合物。
The ZB-2 strongly basic anion exchange fiber column was used to separate and purify capsaicinoids in Scanning electron micrographs of the ion exchange fiber before and after the adsorption showed that the material was adsorbed and that the adsorbed material was capsaicinoid confirmed by infrared spectroscopy. The relationship between pH value, mass concentration, flow rate, sample loading and ion exchange fiber adsorption capacity was investigated. The relationship between ethanol volume fraction, flow rate, dosage and desorption rate of ion exchange fiber was discussed. The mass fraction of capsaicin in this condition increased from 4.5% to 92.0% and the yield reached 72.3%. The results show that ion exchange fiber column can quickly separate and purify capsaicinoids.
