目的:研究岗稔根的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性。方法:采用多种柱色谱技术对药材进行分离纯化。利用所得化合物的光谱数据和理化性质鉴定其化学结构。运用MTT法评价部分化合物对黑色素瘤SK-MEI-110细胞的抑制活性。结果:从岗稔根的95%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定出13个化合物,分别为:2α,3β,23-三羟基齐墩果烷-11,13(18)-二烯-28-酸(1)、3β,23-二羟基齐墩果烷-18-烯-28-酸(2)、羽扇豆醇(3)、白桦脂醇(4)、白桦脂酸(5)、无羁萜(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、thero-2,3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxypheyl)-3-methoxy-propanol(8)、evafolin B(9)、β-hydroxypropiovanillone(10)、8,8’-bis-(dihydroconiferyl)-diferuloylate(11)、没食子酸(12)、没食子酸甲酯(13)。结论:化合物1、2、8~10、13为首次从该植物分离得到,化合物1~6具有一定的抗黑色素瘤活性。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents and anti-tumor activity of Gangli root. Methods: Various kinds of column chromatography were used to separate and purify the medicinal materials. The chemical structure of the compound was identified by its spectral data and physico-chemical properties. The inhibitory activity of some compounds on melanoma SK-MEI-110 cells was evaluated by MTT assay. Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified from the 95% ethanol extract of Gynostemma pentaphylla: 2α, 3β, 23-trihydroxyolepane-11,13 (18) -diene-28- (1), 3β, 23-dihydroxyoleane-18-en-28-oic acid (2), lupeol (3), betulin (4), betulinic acid Β-sitosterol (7), thero-2,3-bis- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxypheyl) -3-methoxy- propanol (8), evafolin B ), 8,8’-bis- (dihydroconiferyl) -diferuloylate (11), gallic acid (12), and methyl gallate (13). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1, 2, 8-10, 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 to 6 have some anti-melanoma activity.
