In modern Chinese, there is a verb-type verb, most of which are structurally separable (the so-called “clutched words”), which are semantically not self-sufficient, so they can still bring the object behind. After carrying the object, the semantic relationship between the “object” in the verb-object verb and the object in the verb-object verb differs from the semantic relationship between the verb-object verb and the object it contains. This article intends to discuss this semantic relationship. For the convenience of writing, we write the grammatical structure of verb-object verb-object object as “verb-object + verb-object”, in which verb-object is verb-object “verb” Object-verb with the object.
