语文作为一门人文学科,在塑造学生人格及培养学生正确的人生观、世界观等方面有着得天独厚的优势。它能做到融能力训练、知识教育、情感陶冶及道德培养于一体,教师通过采取讲授法、实践锻炼、榜样示范、情感陶冶等多种教学方法,能让学生既能收获知识和提升能力,又能在情感的熏陶与陶冶下净化感情,塑造独特的人格魅力。尤其是在初中阶段,这是学生人生观、价值观以及世界观形成的关键时期,在语文课堂教学中教师要充分挖掘潜在的教育因素对学生进行引导与教育,以培养学生健全的人格。
