1984年11月13日至18日,由中共中央党史研究室、全国中共党史研究会、新四军和华中抗日根据地研究会等单位在江苏省镇江市联合召开了全国抗日根据地学术讨论会。这次会议的主要议题是:交流和讨论关于抗日根据地问题的学术研究成果,研究1985年纪念抗日战争胜利四十周年学术讨论会的准备工作。通过报告和讨论,与会代表提高了对研究抗日根据地问题和全面研究中国抗日战争问题的重要性的认识。归纳起来,主要有以下几个方面:
From November 13 to November 18, 1984, the National Seminar on Anti-Japanese Base Areas was jointly held by the Party History Research Center of the CPC Central Committee, the National Party History Research Association of the CPC, the New Fourth Army and the Central China Anti-Japanese Base Camp Research Organization in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province. The main topics of this meeting are to exchange and discuss the academic research results on the anti-Japanese base areas and to study the preparations for the 1985 seminar to commemorate the fortieth anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. Through the reports and discussions, the delegates raised their awareness of the importance of studying the anti-Japanese base areas and studying the issue of China’s anti-Japanese war in an all-round way.
