今年以来,用户对信息服务的投诉持续上升,引起了主管部门的重视,继2004年对SP的专项治理之后,信息产业部再次对违规SP加大监管力度。所不同的是,这次对信息服务市场的整顿是全方位的,一方面是对用户投诉较集中的SP公开曝光、限期整改,另一方面是有针对性地开展收费行业的专项活动,不但要求基础电信运营商从源头上打击信息服务活动中的有害行为,还给基础电信运营商召开了专门会议,敦促尽快落实。于是,近期各运营商相继出台了一些SP管理的新政策。业内人士认为,所有这些必将对国内的信息服务市场产生重大影响。
