自媒体时代,新的信息传播方式给公证机构的公信力带来更大挑战。自媒体传播信息可信度高,进行即时裂变式广泛传播,与传统媒体的汇集、交织关系,有时会片面性、情绪化,这些特点对公证行业带来影响。公证行业必须面对这些冲击,通过自媒体提升公证的公信力,途径包括:加强微建设,提供微服务;正确应对公证投诉、舆情事件;治标需治本,理顺体制障碍,提高公证质量。
Since the media age, the new mode of information dissemination has brought even greater challenges to the credibility of the notary public. The high reliability of information disseminated from the media, the widespread dissemination of real-time fission, the aggregation with traditional media, the interweaving of relations, and sometimes one-sidedness and emotionalization will have an impact on the notary public. The notarized industry must face these challenges by enhancing the credibility of notarization from the media. The ways include: strengthening micro-construction and providing micro-services; correctly handling notarized complaints and public opinion incidents; and curtailing the need for permanent cure, straightening out institutional obstacles and improving notarization quality.
