随着私营企业的发展,劳动争议案件数量持续增长。本文认为,私营企业和谐劳动关系的构建应当从四个方面入手:完善企业民主管理,发挥工会组织调解功能;建立外部监督机制,规范私营企业合同管理;完善劳动力市场,营造良好的外部环境;健全劳动争议处理机制,有效防范劳动争议转化为劳动冲突。
With the development of private enterprises, the number of labor disputes continued to grow. This paper argues that the construction of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises should start from four aspects: perfecting the democratic management of enterprises, giving full play to the mediation function of the trade unions, establishing the external supervision mechanism, regulating the contract management of private enterprises, perfecting the labor market and creating a favorable external environment, Labor dispute resolution mechanism effectively prevents labor disputes from being transformed into labor conflicts.
