Hong Kong Telecom launched a Frame Relay data communication technology on November 3 called “FrameLink.” The technology uses the Magellan Passport 160 Series switching equipment from Nortel Telecom Ltd. (Nortel). FrameLink is a fast and cost-effective Frame Relay service. Its biggest advantage is able to provide our clients with high-bandwidth lines, as different connections
