目的:通过测量分泌性中耳炎(OME)患者中耳积液中嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(MECP)、中耳积液IgE(MIgE)及血ECP(SECP)的含量,进一步探讨OME发病机制与变态反应的关系。方法:对31例OME患者,用Uni-CAP-100型变应原体外检测系统分别测量MECP、MIgE及SECP含量,得出结果并统计学处理。结果:31例OME患者检测到MECP均值为56.88μg/L,明显升高9例,占28.1%;MIgE均值为27.2ku/L,明显升高3例,占9.7%。MECP与MIgE呈正相关(P<0.05);SECP均值为5.6μg/L。结论:ECP存在于OME的鼓室积液中,部分OME是中耳的局限性变态反应炎性过程。OME发病过程中存在着复杂的变态反应机制。
Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis and allergy of OME by measuring the content of eosinophil cationic protein (MECP), middle ear effusion IgE (MIgE) and blood ECP (SECP) in patients with secretory otitis media (OME) Relationship. Methods: In 31 OME patients, the levels of MECP, MIgE and SECP were measured by Uni-CAP-100 allergen in vitro system and the results were obtained and statistically analyzed. Results: The mean of MECP in the 31 patients with OME was 56.88μg / L, which was significantly higher in 9 cases (28.1%). The mean MIgE was 27.2ku / L, which was significantly higher in 3 cases (9.7%). There was a positive correlation between MECP and MIgE (P <0.05). The mean SECP was 5.6μg / L. CONCLUSIONS: ECP is present in the effusion of the tympanic fluid in OME and some OMEs are localized allergic inflammatory processes in the middle ear. There is a complex allergic mechanism in the pathogenesis of OME.
