本文研究成功一种水溶液中测定弱酸性药物盐酸氯丙嗪的新型滴定分析方法——固定PH滴定法。该法基于在某固定PH值,水溶液中弱酸(碱)各种存在形式的分布系数为一常数,与弱酸(碱)含量无关。滴定时不需要确定化学计量点,也不需要已知滴定剂浓度,而是用单标准比较、标准曲线或线性回归对试样定量分析。测定盐酸氯丙嗪原料药和片剂,结果与中国药典法无显著性差异。操作简单、方便、快速。
In this paper, we successfully study a new titrimetric method for the determination of weakly acidic drug chlorpromazine hydrochloride in aqueous solution-stationary pH titration. The method is based on the fact that the distribution coefficient of various forms of weak acid (base) in aqueous solution is constant at a certain fixed pH value, which has nothing to do with the weak acid (alkali) content. Titration do not need to determine the stoichiometric point, nor the concentration of known titrant, but with single-standard comparison, the standard curve or linear regression of the sample quantitative analysis. Determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride APIs and tablets, the results with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia no significant difference. Simple operation, convenient and fast.
